I am Dr Anuradha, a confident parenting coach and I am on a mission to help train struggling parents to draw out their confidence fast. I also empower them with the skills and knowledge to raise confident, independent and resilient kids.

The kind of parents who I love to work with are:

Parents who desire a platform to raise confident children, unlock their potential and prevent problems.
Parents who lack confidence, are currently struggling with coping up with parenting challenges and problematic child behavior.
Parents who desire the best for their children and are willing to commit to self improvement.

My confident parenting hub aims at coaching parents in the art and science of confidence applying simple and practical tools to parenting problems. Here, we follow a unique, modern and systematic approach, ensuring that each family gets the tailored support and guidance they need.

My process is grounded in psychology, positive discipline and emotional intelligence.

So far I have helped 10,341+ families navigate the challenges of parenthood.

Unlike most programmes that focus either on pregnancy or childhood, my aim is to offer a holistic training in confidence, provide support and develop an ideal partnership to parents right from early parenthood well into their youth and early adulthood.

My own personal journey has taught me a lot about how important it is to become a parent who is committed to raising a healthy and confident child. I trained in adolescent medicine with the sole intention of helping my son, but have had a great opportunity in the last two decades to reach out beyond myself and help thousands of parents to become empowered parents who contribute to their child’s well being

It started with my little bundle of joy who gave me sleepless nights when he became a teen the pain and anxiety I experienced when my child had health problems both physical and mental taught me a lot about how important it is to become a parent who is involved.
